We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as a Director, Human Resources. This role will be responsible for leading the HR function and developing programs that drive business results through people strategies.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide strategic guidance on all aspects of HR, including talent management, employee engagement, and compliance. Your expertise in creating high-performing cultures and driving business outcomes will be essential in helping us achieve our goals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR generalist functions, with a focus on talent development and retention. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
**Key Requirements:**
- 8+ years of experience in HR generalist functions, with a focus on talent development and retention.
- Proven track record of success in creating high-performing cultures and driving business outcomes.

- Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required.
**Benefits:**
- Estimated Salary Range: $150,000 - 170,000 per year.
