JOB TITLE: Senior Financial Analyst (Programmatic SETA)

STATUS: This position is contingent on openings at a time of application.

LOCATION: Bethesda, Maryland

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Master's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience
• Associate's Degree with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience
• High School/GED with at least 15 years of relevant experience

CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Current TS SCI with Polygraph

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Deliver program management assistance throughout the Research and Development (R&D) program planning lifecycle.

2. Conduct on-site financial assessments of multi-performer government research initiatives.

3. Support Program Managers by tracking contractor deliverables, overseeing contract performance, and acting as the liaison for external organizations regarding contract-related matters.

4. Ensure effective financial oversight of government activities, including monitoring performer expenditures, developing strategies for budget variances, assisting management with travel budget approvals, and proactively executing funding actions to achieve obligation targets.

5. Provide administrative support through the organization and execution of technical program meetings, workshops, teleconferences, and tracking of government property and inventory utilized for research.

6. Create and present briefings and reports on program status while providing prompt responses to client data requests.

7. Assist in the preparation, revision, and routing of approval documentation, solicitations, justifications, and source selection documentation, ensuring quality control of all documents.

8. Collaborate with government personnel across various internal teams to guarantee comprehensive program management of research initiatives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in program finance, program control, or program management.

• Prior experience in administrative and financial support for complex programs.

• Familiarity with government source selection processes.

• Advanced understanding of the federal contracting landscape.

• In-depth knowledge of federal business systems and processes.

• Demonstrated ability to manage and execute multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong communication and coordination skills across diverse teams and organizations.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience with Intelligence Community (IC) business systems and processes.

• Direct experience in the IC contracting environment.

• Experience supporting R&D source selection processes.
