A Day in the Life:
Your day may begin with an in-depth analysis of a specific cost area for which you are responsible, aiming to understand the metrics driving any variances.
You will collaborate with your Process Engineering (PE) team to gain insights into local operations and explore potential actions for minimizing variations.
About the Team:
This role is part of a centralized team that supports North America Customer Fulfillment.
You will work closely with a diverse group of leaders across Finance, Process Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Accounting, HR, and Technology.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of involvement in continuous improvement projects with measurable outcomes.
- MBA or CPA certification.
- Familiarity with Tableau.
- Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).
