Overview

Ridgeview Institute Smyrna, a premier healthcare provider in Smyrna, GA, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join its team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in supporting the facility's HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and payroll management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies and programs to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with departmental managers to understand business needs and develop solutions to improve HR processes and productivity.
  • Recruit, interview, and select qualified candidates for open positions, and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records and files, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist with employee benefits enrollment and retirement program enrollment meetings, and provide employment verifications as needed.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and concerns, and refer complex matters to senior HR staff as necessary.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for the Human Resources Director and other stakeholders, as required.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of five years' experience in a hospital business office and/or human resources setting, preferably in a healthcare environment. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
