With a strong background in mental health settings, this individual will provide leadership and guidance to the mental health technician team, ensuring exceptional patient care and support.

As a key member of our treatment team, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient treatment plans, providing continuous care, observation, interaction, and role modeling to patients under the supervision of the Nurse Leader.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in mental health settings, such as residential or clinical environments.
  • Proven ability to oversee and direct teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Demonstrated skills in crisis prevention and intervention, offering support during challenging situations.
  • Possesses strong leadership qualities, serving as a role model and mentor for others.

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A salary range of $16.00 - $18.00/hour, plus a sign-on bonus of $1500.00 for FT and $500.00 for PT.
