Senior Financial Data Analyst

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our Revenue Integrity Reporting Department at SolutionHealth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and reporting critical information to support the success of our revenue cycle operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce and deliver timely and accurate reports to support executive decision-making
- Utilize Epic Reporting Workbench, Microsoft Excel, and other applications to extract and analyze data
- Assist in creating financial reports to resolve payer variances, denials, and other factors contributing to aging balances
- Perform data analysis to identify trends and support management in achieving financial performance goals
- Effectively communicate and resolve needs and concerns
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive analytical experience
- Epic Reporting Workbench experience
- Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills
- Knowledge of revenue cycle operations, billing/reimbursement, and/or other relevant healthcare services
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
