Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Community Integrated Services is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our HR team, including recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and contacting candidates.
  • Prepare for and attend hiring events throughout Philadelphia and surrounding counties as needed.
  • Conduct reference checks for potential candidates.
  • Provide job coaching services at least 1 day per week.
  • Handle special administrative projects and overflow work for the HR team.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources or relevant HR experience required.
  • 1+ years of experience in Human Resources preferred.
  • Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office products, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Must be able to provide at least 1 day of community-based coaching.
  • Able to pass all required background checks.
  • Must be fully vaccinated or in the process of getting fully vaccinated.
