Key Responsibilities:
Your primary duties will include:

  • Conducting thorough credit assessments and analyses for both new and existing clients to determine risk levels and set appropriate credit limits.
  • Taking responsibility for minimizing overdue accounts within your assigned portfolio.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to address collection inquiries and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintaining effective communication and follow-up with the sales and customer service teams.
  • Evaluating credit holds and authorizing their release as necessary.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • An Associate's Degree in Accounting or Business, or equivalent experience of at least 3 years.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in credit and collections.
  • A keen attention to detail and strong negotiation capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities, alongside superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with OMS and Oracle Financials is advantageous.
