About the Role

The Business Development Representative is a trusted consultative partner to Executive Jet Management clients. The Business Development Representative leverages their knowledge of the Executive Jet Management program along with a detailed understanding of their clients' needs in order to retain business, sell new aircraft, and increase flight hours flown.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retains business, sells new aircraft, and increases flight hours flown.
  • Ensures that results are attained, if not exceeded.
  • Monitors economic trends, client flight history, and Executive Jet Management fleet plan to proactively offer client solutions for trading, adding-on and graduating into shares.
  • Penetrates client organizations and unearths referral opportunities.
  • Effectively manages timelines to address upcoming renewals and card expirations.
  • Uses Salesforce.com to effectively track the progress of all opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Entirely familiar with the Executive Jet Management program and its interworkings (i.e. billing, international travel, booking, etc.) and seeks detailed program explanations from internal experts.
  • Proficient in the technical aspects of aircraft and aviation and keeps abreast of new product offerings and updates to internal policies.
  • Regularly communicates with the client via phone, e-mail, and in-person meetings to obtain feedback.
  • Uses the feedback to lead discussions with internal team members to ensure clients remain loyal to Executive Jet Management.
  • Stays informed of changes to client and client industry and addresses any changes with a solution-based approach.
  • Uses strategies introduced through internal sales training to build consensus of Executive Jet Management value throughout multiple levels of client organizations.
  • Proactively monitors client flight activity to minimize and resolve service disruptions, communicate and champion Executive Jet Management value through service victories and upgrades.
  • Through research, analysis, and building of relationships, obtains a detailed understanding of the client's needs and articulates how such needs and goals are achieved by Executive Jet Management products and services.
  • Effectively communicates any changes regarding the Executive Jet Management program to clients.
  • Communicates to clients about all regional client events and manages client attendance.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4-6 years of experience
