Position Title: Computer Support Associate I - Infrastructure - 3rd Shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide essential operational assistance for computing environments, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Manage onsite desktop hardware and perform software troubleshooting.
- Oversee printer hardware management and support server/network teams.
- Facilitate asset lifecycle management and computer deployments for users.
- Document and distribute information effectively, maintaining records of customer interactions and service requests.
Daily Tasks:
- Execute standard operational processes with a focus on stability and consistency.
- Handle imaging of computers and replacement of printer toner.
- Resolve trouble tickets through established procedures.
- Update asset records and follow knowledge base articles for problem resolution.
Qualifications:
- Proficient understanding of computing and networking principles.
- Experience with standard desktop applications, including Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with computer security policies and concepts.
- Preferred experience of one year in IT or relevant educational background.
Education:
- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Additional Information:
- This position requires 100% onsite presence.
- Shift timing is from 10 PM to 6:30 AM.
- Flexibility for shift rotations is necessary.
- Business casual attire is expected.
