Position Overview:
As a pivotal member of the Hardware Testing team, the Engineering Technician will provide essential support to Mechanical, Electrical, Software, and Automation divisions. The role involves the execution of test plans, assembly of test fixtures, and comprehensive data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain and repair testing equipment and fixtures.
  2. Set up and conduct tests and experiments.
  3. Assist in the creation of test cases and plans, updating existing documentation as necessary.
  4. Collect, analyze, and report data; contribute to test documentation.
  5. Conduct verification and validation testing of system components.
  6. Provide constructive feedback to enhance quality performance throughout data collection phases.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  8. Support design and test engineers with prototype assembly.
  9. Troubleshoot technical or procedural challenges.
  10. Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in writing and executing test plans.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Strong electro-mechanical skills.
  • Familiarity with measurement tools (e.g., oscilloscope, frequency analyzer).
  • Proficient in MS Office and other computer applications.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Experience with power supplies and basic Python scripting (writing and editing).
  • Knowledge of board assembly and cabling.
  • Familiarity with Linux operating systems.

Skills:
Demonstrated capability in creative problem-solving and articulating technical challenges and solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a solid work ethic and a desire for continuous learning and challenge. Experience with root cause analysis and a proven ability to work collaboratively within a team is required.
