Role: Senior Technical Support Specialist

Compensation: Competitive salary range $100,000 - $180,000 + stock options

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support engineering team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers via Slack or email, collaborating with Solution Architects on new customer onboarding and complex cases, and working closely with our engineering team to resolve technical issues.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of technical support experience, a strong background in SQL and relational database systems, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with database and data warehouse implementation and support is a plus. If you are a customer-focused individual with a passion for technical problem-solving, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via Slack or email
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects on new customer onboarding and complex cases
  • Work closely with the engineering team to resolve technical issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our product and its technical capabilities
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of technical support experience
