Business Development Lead Specialist

Citigroup, Inc. seeks an experienced Business Development Lead Specialist to join our team and drive revenue expansion and retention across a portfolio of clients.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and will be able to interface effectively with clients to understand their business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue expansion and retention.
- Collaborate with Sales and Coverage partners to identify cross-sell opportunities.
- Manage a team and provide coaching and guidance to ensure successful execution of business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with Citi policies and procedures, including CITIKYC/AML requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/University degree; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience in Back Office Cash Management or Trade Operations.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
What We Offer:
- $120,000 - $180,000 per annum salary range based on experience and qualifications.
