Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Digital Sales Professional to join our team at Yieldmo. This role involves driving new revenue through strategic sales approaches, focusing on marketers' outcomes and capturing a significant share of the wallet.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programmatic advertising, with experience working with agencies, trading desks, and brand directs. They will be responsible for prospecting and closing business with targeted accounts, working closely with Account Management, Ad Operations, and Sales Planning teams to ensure client campaign expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and closing business with agency and advertiser accounts
  • Collaborating with internal teams to communicate client expectations
  • Building and managing a pipeline to achieve new business revenue goals
  • Driving product adoption across assigned accounts
  • Providing training and updates to clients on new features
  • Representing Yieldmo at industry events and conferences

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in programmatic and digital advertising
  • 1+ year of sales or new business development experience
  • BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong relationships with top-tier agencies, independent agencies, and advertisers
  • Hands-on experience with exchange mechanics via SSP, ad servers, and/or DSPs
  • Team-oriented, with excellent communication skills

Estimated Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 per year (base salary range)
