Position Overview: Under general supervision, the Test Administrator is tasked with delivering examination services to clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete the necessary training and certification for new test administrators.
- Ensure the smooth execution of daily testing sessions, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a comfortable testing atmosphere.
- Adhere to all established testing protocols and procedures.
- Verify the identity of examinees and clearly explain the examination process.
- Monitor examinees during testing to prevent any form of misconduct or disruption.
- Maintain a secure and controlled testing environment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
- Follow company policies diligently, exercising sound judgment at all times.
- Timely submission of incident reports as necessary.
- Prepare all required materials for examinations.
- Keep accurate records of testing files.
- Administer tests under standard conditions or provide accommodations for candidates with verified disabilities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications: An Associate's degree along with three years of relevant work experience is required. Note: Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of the degree on a year-for-year basis.
