About the Role

Careline Health Group is seeking a skilled Hospice Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Hospice Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to terminally ill patients and their families in a home or facility setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete initial evaluations and re-evaluate patient nursing needs during each visit.
  • Assume primary responsibility for caseload, including assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating patient plans of care.
  • Provide support at the time of death and perform bereavement assessments if requested.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
  • Current State License as a Registered Nurse.
  • Minimum one year experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
  • Nursing skills as defined by accepted nursing standards.
