The team positions solutions to highlight their value, competitive differentiation, and market fit, working across all functions to ensure readiness for a fast-paced brokerage market.
The Solution Implementation Director coordinates the implementation of new solutions, ensuring launch readiness through collaboration with Marketing, Sales & Distribution, Product, Operations, and Technology, and leads post-launch actions to ensure market success.
As part of Market Solutions, you will play an integral role working across functions and capabilities to ensure new solutions meet market demands.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a comprehensive go-to-market plan for a new solution, including market opportunity, product fit, and marketing/distribution strategies.
Lead end-to-end delivery of a new solution, through close collaboration with key collaborators across the business in Product, Marketing, Sales & Distribution, Operations, and Technology.
Ensure Marketing and Sales & Distribution readiness and that messages are clearly understood, all vital marketing collateral is developed, and training is complete so that internal and external partners are sufficiently ready at launch.
Be responsible for the backlog of post-launch actions to ensure market acceptance, working across the business to ensure agreed-upon delivery and timely resolution of any issues or challenges.
Report regularly on project status, including key achievements, risks, and challenges - taking proactive measures to remove obstacles to success.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in project/program management in delivering major cross-functional Insurance and/or Annuity solutions.
Experience in Life Insurance brokerage and/or Annuity market highly desirable.
Deep understanding and experience with project management tools and methodologies along with Agile experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Extensive experience working with senior management stakeholders, building trust, and communicating effectively.
Strong relationship, communication, and influence skills.
Experience in handling stakeholders and driving impact.
