Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure software solutions according to customer requirements
  • Propose technical and organizational solutions to customers
  • Ensure software functionalities are well understood by customers
  • Carry out configurations and technical integrations according to customer needs
  • Accompany customers during the first days of use
  • Understand and define customer needs
  • Support different teams involved in the project
  • Provide technical expertise on projects
  • Ensure technological watch on field of competence

Requirements:

  • Proven technical skills
  • Knowledge of company's internal processes
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management
  • Knowledge of business travel and/or expense report industry is a plus
