WallStJobs is seeking a skilled Employee Benefits Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and connecting with prospective clients to offer tailored employee benefits solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with HR professionals, benefits managers, and business owners to understand their needs and deliver customized benefits packages.
- Conduct virtual meetings and presentations to educate clients about various benefits packages, including health, dental, life insurance, retirement plans, and more.
- Collaborate with clients to design and implement benefits packages that align with their organizational objectives and employee preferences.
- Provide ongoing support and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and client communications in our CRM system.
- Previous experience in employee benefits, insurance, or a related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools.
