Pediatric Nurse for Ventilator Care

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a Pediatric Nurse for Ventilator Care, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to pediatric patients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient/client care and/or services provided to client(s) receiving contracted services.
- Initiate the plan of care when directed and request revisions as patient status and needs change.
- Incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on patient diagnosis and established goals.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor and document effectiveness of intervention.
- Review plan of care and program protocols and identify areas for healthcare teaching/education, care coordination, goal setting, and discharge planning needs.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which the nurse practices.
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience necessary.
