Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a ventilator management environment.
• Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition, and take appropriate action to address these changes.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

• Medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, and other benefits.
• Current Florida or compact Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• 1 year of experience in nursing, with prior experience in ventilator management and TPN (Total Parenteral Nutrition) preferred.
