Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent in the caregiver industry, ensuring a high level of quality and consistency in our team.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Manage the scheduling of caregivers for clients, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care and service, while also meeting the needs of our caregivers.
  • Client and Caregiver Services: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their families, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded, while also maintaining positive relationships with our caregivers.

Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree and two years of experience in an office setting, preferably in private duty homecare.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Google, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) applications, scheduling systems, and other healthcare industry-related software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain flexible, resilient, and calm in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience: Two years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in recruitment, scheduling, and client services.
