Account Sales Executive

Are you a sales professional looking for a challenging role in the building controls industry? We are seeking an experienced Account Sales Executive to join our team at Building Controls & Services.
Job Summary:The Account Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and growing our account base, achieving sales growth and gross margin projections through individual and team sales efforts. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and HVAC concepts, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategic plans to take advantage of sales opportunities within assigned areas or markets.
- Lead team sales efforts with key accounts and participate in sales teams to provide best total solutions to customers.
- Conduct customer needs assessments and provide quality system and service solutions designed to meet specific customer objectives.
- Communicate building system solutions to high-level account customers and develop sales proposals, specifications, estimates, and presentations autonomously.
- Handle various calls and inquiries from existing and prospective customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum five years of experience in engineering systems or related field.
- Minimum two years in technical product sales.
- Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals and HVAC concepts and operations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Mathematical abilities to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
