Your Role

As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to a diverse clientele via telephone.
  • Manage the needs of existing clients by identifying and assessing their requirements to ensure satisfaction.
  • Address customer inquiries through both written and verbal communication.
  • Follow up on customer concerns, investigate issues, and process necessary documentation to achieve successful resolutions.

Qualifications

Required:
