Overview

As a TRAINING FACILITATOR within the U.S. Pacific Fleet, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and competencies of our personnel.

This position is part of a developmental program aimed at equipping employees with the necessary skills to advance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the creation, modification, and customization of training programs under direct oversight.
  • Gain experience in developing training environments, instructional tools, and assessment methods.
  • Draft lesson plans and educational materials aligned with course goals under guidance.
  • Design necessary instructional aids and establish timelines and instructional sequences.
  • Promote class engagement, attendance, and appropriate behavior among participants.
  • Contribute to the enhancement and adjustment of training content for designated courses under supervision.
  • Maintain accurate training documentation and generate reports under the direction of the lead instructor.
Requirements
