About the Role

Groundswell is seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing cradle-to-grave contract and subcontract administration, including procurement planning and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide contract and subcontract administration, including procurement planning and negotiation.
  • Support business development, program management, and engineering by negotiating and administering non-disclosure, teaming, and other binding arrangements.
  • Ensure compliance with solicitations, complete reps and certs, support and attend proposal reviews, and submit proposals.
  • Formulate and execute strategic assessments of business pursuits.
  • Negotiate contracts and subcontracts consistent with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) requirements.
  • Process contract and subcontract close-out documents in a timely manner to support company financial objectives.
  • Advise and implement strategies that arise around contractual issues.
  • Actively participate in proposal processes and ensure compliance with solicitations.
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree in a related field preferred.
  • US citizen.
  • 5-10 years' experience with cradle-to-grave contracts management/administration experience.
  • Significant experience and expertise in contracting with the U.S. government acquisition organizations and as a subcontractor to prime contracts.
  • Experience with proposal development, negotiation, contract administration, and contract close-out.
  • Strong working knowledge of federal purchasing regulations and ability to document contracts/subcontracts accordingly.
  • Experience supporting business development, program management, and engineering by negotiating and administering non-disclosure, teaming, and other binding arrangements.
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities, ability to interact with program managers, finance, and business development with professionalism.

Salary Range

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, and training. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $104,000 - $186,440.00.
