- Plan and direct engineering and technician teams to meet performance, reliability, and quality goals.
- Apply interdisciplinary engineering expertise to solve system design and product application problems.

- Manage team member assignments to support product development strategy.
- Understand and utilize cross-discipline technical inputs to analyze test result data, perform refrigeration cycle reviews, and prepare reports.
- Achieve schedule, cost, and quality goals as committed to in project plans.
- Ensure change management processes are utilized effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and scope/risk management.
- Develop and deliver technical progress reports to leadership teams.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years of engineering work experience.
- Experience with HVAC/R systems is a plus.
- Project Management Institute (PMI) certification is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of product development processes.
- Good verbal communications skills and technical writing and documentation skills.
- Experience with application of key hardware components within a refrigeration system.
- Consistently high leadership qualities, including the ability to influence and gain acceptance from cross-functional teams.
- Passion for continuous learning and willingness to adapt to changing environments.
- Understanding of HVAC system functions, including refrigeration, heat transfer, airflow, and ventilation.
