Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at J.F. Brennan Company, Inc. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating with crews, contractors, vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and customers to ensure projects stay on track and are efficient.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in marine construction and leading projects while maintaining a high level of professionalism. They will be responsible for planning, interpreting, and implementing design and application of construction methods, tracking daily project progress, and managing operational activities.
The Senior Project Manager will also be responsible for tracking costs to meet the project's budget, actively seeking new business opportunities, and traveling to job sites up to 80% of the time based on project type and requirement.
Requirements for the Senior Project Manager position include a B.S. in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field, and a minimum of 10 years of working experience in the construction field, heavy civil, railroads, bridges, or marine construction.
The ideal candidate will have strong construction background, knowledge of project management control systems, and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
