Position Overview:

The Corporation Division is responsible for the authorization of corporate names and the provision of corporate or limited liability company status to entities established under Arizona state law. This division also grants permission for foreign corporations and limited liability companies to conduct business within the state, oversees the submission of annual reports from all registered corporations, and maintains public records for service of process.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative II, you will address telephone inquiries related to the submission, review, and filing of corporate and limited liability company documents. Your role will involve providing information and conducting thorough research of the public records managed by the Corporation Division. This includes making necessary corrections to the database through detailed research and extensive interaction with customers. You will also engage in cross-training with other sections, including the examination and processing of these documents in compliance with the Arizona Revised Statutes.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a high-volume inbound call center, managing over 70 calls daily.
  • Expertise in effective customer service practices.
  • Strong listening, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient research and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to learn and understand filing requirements according to Titles 10 & 29 of the Arizona Revised Statutes.
  • Competence in reviewing all documents submitted for compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Skilled in utilizing multiple web and system applications.
  • Positive interaction with customers and colleagues.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
