We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team at Lake Huron Medical Center. As a member of our outpatient pharmacy team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest quality of pharmaceutical services.
Responsibilities- Coordinate the activities of the pharmacy department to provide high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients.
- Oversee patient drug counseling, meds to beds program, medication ordering, inventory management, vaccinations, and other duties as assigned.
- Work closely with the pharmacist in charge to ensure seamless operations and patient safety.
- Current state Registered Pharmacist License.
- Experience in hospital pharmacy operations preferred.
- B.S. degree in Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred.
- BLS certification and ACLS certification preferred.
