Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Lake Huron Medical Center, a 144-bed community hospital that provides a wide range of inpatient and outpatient health care services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect patient care services requiring clinical competence within the scope of practice in accordance with state requirements.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to maintain safety, provide patient comfort and care, and improve the overall patient experience.
- Perform various clinical tasks, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and documenting patient information.
Requirements
- Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
- Ability to work a per diem schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
