About the role:
This is a dynamic role that provides hands-on experience in all facets of the People & Culture function. The role has two major functions within the P&C office. The first being a support role for the Assistant Director of P&C, Learning and Development Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager. The second job function is to elevate the employee experience by interactively engaging with employees, creating an environment that celebrates all employees and a culture that recognizes our employees' contributions.
Key Responsibilities:
As a People and Culture Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the P&C team, including but not limited to:
- Exhibiting a professional, approachable demeanor at all times as they are the first point of contact for employees and applicants in the P&C office.
- Responsible for full cycle administrative hiring process as well as assisting the on-boarding process and employment verification, ensuring compliance with every new hire.
- Support the team through many facets of People and Culture, including but not limited to: HR systems administration and records management, recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee events, compliance and various reporting and administrative duties.
- Contribute to the recruitment efforts by attending various job fairs to promote the positive work culture at Four Seasons.
As an Employee Experience Manager, you will be responsible for elevating the employee experience by interactively engaging with employees, creating an environment that celebrates all employees and a culture that recognizes our employees' contributions. This includes but is not limited to:
- Assisting in executing the employee recognition strategy.
- Creating and deploying an employee communications plan that ensures a steady and timely flow of information through various sources like bulletin boards, internal monitors, email and Engage.
- Monthly birthday and anniversary emails, flyers and cards highlighting milestone announcements.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably within People & Culture / Human Resources. They will also have high proficiency with Microsoft Office, Canva, Forms, Engage and have working knowledge of HRIS or similar systems. Additionally, they will have exceptional organization and detail-oriented, with an unmatched ability to manage multiple priorities. They will also be able to interact effectively with all levels of management and staff, and have the ability to work independently, take initiative and use good judgment. Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

- A successful candidate will have the ability to work Monday through Friday and Holidays and weekends as needed based on employee events.
