We are seeking a skilled and dynamic individual to excel in a Sales and Marketing Coordinator role at The Sebastian Vail. In this position, the candidate will be responsible for assisting and supporting the sales and conference teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide factual information to clients, requiring the interpretation of policies and procedures.
  • Collect proposal and contractual information from clients, and communicate necessary details.
  • Handle various office administrative tasks, such as meeting arrangements, monthly checkbook updates, supply purchases, and client communication.
  • Coordinate and prepare event details, including budgets and logistical arrangements.
  • Support social media marketing efforts by capturing and uploading images to designated platforms.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Two years of coordinator or administrative experience, or equivalent education and training
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
