Position Overview

A Client Support Specialist at Status Solutions serves as the primary contact for all life-safety inquiries.

The Client Support Team functions as a triage unit to assess the requirements of our customers and partners, ensuring effective responses to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering exceptional support.

This role demands a vibrant approach to every interaction, embodying the Status Solutions brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.

In addition to managing a workstation and ensuring optimal Local Area Network (LAN) performance, this team member will handle customer phone calls and emails, escalating issues as necessary.

Furthermore, team members are tasked with promptly addressing Network Operations Center (NOC) errors.

At Status Solutions, the Client Support Team is committed to proactively assisting customers and the business through transparent communication, constructive feedback, and strong collaboration.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years in Customer Service required; Call Center experience preferred.
- Preferred certifications: Network+ and A+.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven history of proactive engagement in the workplace.
- Ability to identify and utilize resources effectively.
- Willingness to learn internal tools, including:
- Remote Access (Beyond Trust, TeamViewer)
- General Windows Server OS Knowledge
- General Linux OS (Centos, Ubuntu) Knowledge
- Basic Networking Knowledge (Basic Ports, Firewall Knowledge, DHCP vs Static IP)
- Command Line (Command Prompt, Linux Terminal, PowerShell)
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- A commitment to fostering an environment that supports the growth of Status Solutions and its network.
- Ability to identify potential leads for the Sales & SSN team.
