The Client Relations Specialist is responsible for promoting and selling car wash services, memberships, and retail items to enhance customer satisfaction and meet their needs.
The Client Relations Specialist will assist customers at various service points, including the entrance, payment terminals, and retail areas.
Depending on customer flow, you may alternate between indoor and outdoor responsibilities. If you enjoy engaging with customers, building rapport, and maintaining a positive demeanor, this position is ideal for you.Compensation:
Average earnings of $19/hour ($15 base salary + performance bonuses)

Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum of 6 months in customer service, retail, or sales preferred.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver's license.
- Professional appearance and conduct in line with company standards.
- Ability to perform essential functions safely.
