This role emphasizes providing top-tier customer service, achieving high rates of first-contact resolution, and identifying ways to enhance and automate support processes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit strong customer service abilities to deliver phone support, including:
    • Actively listening to customers to fully understand their concerns
    • Demonstrating empathy towards customer situations and maintaining a sense of urgency in resolving issues
    • Creating precise and comprehensive documentation at the client, problem, and incident levels
    • Effectively managing conflicts

Responsible for providing high-quality technical support to end-users, related to enterprise software and hardware.

Responsibilities encompass assessment, triage, research, training/education, and resolution of incidents and requests concerning the use of application software products and/or infrastructure components in a dynamic 24/7 environment.

Under general supervision, the Specialist may also provide after-hours and weekend support as necessary.

This position demands a keen attention to detail, strong follow-through, a collaborative mindset, and a positive attitude.

A solid understanding of technology and the capability to apply that knowledge to support all existing systems is essential.
