About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing all HR functions, including compensation & benefits, HR policies, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a high caliber and diverse workforce.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment by ensuring health and safety regulations are met.
  • Oversee and administer employee compensation, benefit programs, and HR policies.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven working experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • People-oriented and results-driven with the ability to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in compensation & benefits, HR policies, and employee relations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Masters in HRM will be a plus.
  • HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP is preferred.
