Job Summary:

This is a full-time summer internship position that will provide you with the opportunity to work closely with our HR team, assisting with various projects and tasks. You will have the chance to develop your skills in human resources, compensation, and employment, while making a meaningful contribution to our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with HRIS implementation project
  • Support compensation and employment groups
  • Collaborate with HR team on various projects
  • Provide administrative support to HR department
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of HR processes and procedures
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited educational institution in a Business Management program focused on Human Resources
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
Working Conditions:

This is a temporary, full-time position that will be located in our Lansing, MI office. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with occasional travel to other locations. You must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, and be able to move about in industrial environments and on uneven terrain.
