Job Title: Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to drive business results
  • Manage employee relations, including addressing grievances and demands
  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes to ensure a high-caliber and diverse workforce
  • Develop and administer performance appraisal systems to drive high performance
  • Nurture a positive working environment by ensuring health and safety regulations are met
  • Oversee employee compensation, benefit programs, and HR policies
  • Assess training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills
  • Provide decision support to management through HR metrics and analysis
  • Ensure legal compliance in all HR matters
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • People-oriented and results-driven with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Proficient in compensation & benefits, HR policies, and employee relations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's in HRM preferred
  • HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including 401k match, medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, and growth opportunities.
