Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students
  • Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive growth
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination of educational programs
  • Monitor and assess student progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted interventions
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in Early Childhood Education, incorporating new ideas and strategies into daily teaching

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 12 ECE units, including core courses and at least 3 Infant/Toddler units
  • 6 months of teaching experience, with lab experience considered
  • Current First Aid/Pediatric CPR certification
  • Commitment to ongoing education in the field of Early Childhood Education
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
