**Job Overview**

Global Channel Management is a dynamic organization seeking a skilled Senior Admin Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a professional work environment or in an administrative/office management/coordinator position. They will be required to demonstrate excellent customer service orientation, team-player attitude, and willingness to assist all groups at other sites.

A strong proficiency in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint etc.) is essential for this role. Prior Workday experience is also highly desirable.

This role requires ability to navigate computerized data entry system or other relevant applications with ease. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and editing documents, databases, spreadsheets, etc.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying innovative techniques to increase productivity across the team
  • Handling additional administrative support or special projects as assigned by the supervisor
  • Processing interview scheduling transactions

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
