Hotel Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Front Desk Representative to join our team at Wyndham Property. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling reservations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage Reservations: Process guest reservations, including checking availability, confirming rates, and making adjustments as needed.
  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Welcome guests, verify identification, and process payments for room stays.
  • Training and Development: Complete online training programs to stay up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure guest rooms are clean and ready for occupancy.
  • Guest Services: Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and engage with guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: At least 2 years of hotel front desk experience required.
  • Skills: Strong customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with all departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and management.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-resolution skills to handle guest complaints and issues.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
  • Reliability: Ensure reliable transportation and punctuality for shifts.
