Receptionist/Office Services Associate

This role embodies an exceptional customer service experience in a corporate environment for a global professional services firm.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, colleagues, and visitors
- Manage reception duties, mail, print, hospitality, facilities, and audio/visual services
- Pick up and deliver copy jobs, faxes, and packages
- Process outgoing USPS and accountable mail
- Keep inventory of supplies in mail areas
- Assist with mail and shipping protocols
- Audit and update mail lists as needed
- Support confidential document shredding
- Arrange and maintain conference rooms for meetings and events
- Maintain office supplies and prepare large volume print requests
- Provide service and maintenance for MFDs
- Monitor office facilities and report issues
- Ensure pantries have adequate supplies and replenish as needed
- Maintain coffee and ice machines
- Distribute firm-wide distributions and post client signage
- Clean and prepare workstations and offices for new hires
- Arrange conference rooms for meetings and cover reception desk as needed
- Order food for meetings and clean conference rooms
- Collect and wash glass and dishware, and stock vending machines
- Monitor clean desk policy and report issues with audio/visual equipment
- Assist other OSA's as needed and work overtime as required
- Able to lift 50-75 lbs
- General knowledge of audio/visual equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Copier/fax/FedEx/postage machine knowledge
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Good interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Admirable punctuality/attendance record
