Power Development Executive

We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Power Management industry. As a key member of the sales team, you will develop and execute a strategic go-to-market sales channel strategy, expand and manage third-party channel partner portfolios, deliver rapid growth in ATS orders, revenue, and margins, and create and sustain sales plans to meet or exceed business targets. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experience through effective sales processes. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Power Engineering is preferred, and 3-5 years of sales experience in the Power Management industry is required. Salesforce CRM experience is also preferred. The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 per year, based on total on-target earnings (OTE). Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage, spending accounts (HSA, FSA), a 401k retirement plan with employer matching, and paid time off and holidays.
