Market Development Professional

As a Market Development Professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic go-to-market sales channel strategy to drive growth in Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) sales across North America, with a primary focus on the New York state region. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of sales experience in the Power Management industry, with a strong understanding of the electric power supply chain from generation to transmission to distribution, storage, and quality assessment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a strategic go-to-market sales channel strategy
• Expand and manage third-party channel partner portfolios in assigned territories
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in focused markets
• Deliver rapid growth in ATS orders, revenue, and margins through strategic initiatives
• Create and sustain sales plans to meet or exceed business targets
• Ensure exceptional customer experience through effective sales processes

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Power Engineering (preferred)
3-5 years of sales experience in the Power Management industry

Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $150,000 annually (base + performance-based incentives)
