As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Manage patient scheduling and confirm appointments
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain prior authorizations
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage patient charts
- Provide exceptional customer service through email, phone calls, and in-person interactions
- Demonstrated experience in building strong relationships with patients or customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS-Office and other medical practice software
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Business school or Associate degree preferred
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16 + bonus. This part-time position has the potential to transition to full-time in approximately 6 months. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and require candidates to be authorized to work in the US for any employer.
