Job Description

Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control business is seeking a highly skilled Security Representative to join our team in Orlando, FL. As a Security Representative, you will play a critical role in managing security requirements for a large and fast-moving Special Access Program (SAP).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of security, including personnel, physical, technical, policy guidance research, and classification management, utilizing the requirements set forth in 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD Volumes 1-4, DoDM, ICD 705, DoDM, and OPSEC and related SOPs IAW with program DD 254(s).
  • Develop and obtain approvals for multiple plans in support of new test environments and facilities/labs being constructed on site.
  • Interface with Executive Leadership in support of ongoing operations.
  • Work collaboratively with other entities and manage projects and subordinate assignments simultaneously within very time-sensitive environments.
  • Manage security education and training programs.
Requirements
  • SAP experience.
  • SCI experience.
  • Change management experience and process-discipline skillsets.
  • Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD Volumes 1-4, and ICD 705.
  • Top Secret clearance with an investigation within 5 years.

  • Experience with the Joint Air to Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM) program.
  • Strong SCI background – physical and personnel security requirements.
  • Motivate, inspire, and grow Security Team Members.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships both within and corporation and externally with government customers and suppliers.
  • Be self-driven and results-oriented, capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Familiar with DAF Acquisition programs.
  • Experience using CV2, DISS, and JADE.
  • The ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive, and risk-managed security recommendations, based on limited and or conflicting information, is also essential, as is the ability to thrive and build relationships both within the corporation and externally with our government customers and industry partners.
  • Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills.
