We are seeking an experienced Industrial Security professional to join our team as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) in Orlando, FL. As a CPSO, you will be responsible for performing program security duties supporting multiple special access programs.
Key Responsibilities- Perform duties as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) for one or more programs.
- Implement and manage all aspects of security, including personnel, physical, technical, and classification management, in accordance with Department of Defense policy and the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM).
- Complete Program Access Requests (PAR), provide classified meeting support, and perform program management support.
- Provide Personnel Security administration support for the Special Programs Operations Center (SPOC), including general management of the SPOC's day-to-day operations and other assignments within the scope of SPOC responsibilities.
- Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and DoD Volumes 1-4.
- Self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive, and risk-managed security recommendations based on limited and/or conflicting information.
- Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills.
- Final Secret security clearance with a background investigation performed within the last six years.
- Experience with security clearances, JADE, SIMS, DISS, Special Access Programs (SAP), and Sensitive Compartmentalized Information Facility security compliance.
- Understanding and knowledge of DoD policies.
- Ability to work independently and be a team player.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
This position requires a government security clearance. You must be a US Citizen for consideration.
