Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business, a leading provider and pioneer for superior weapon systems, sensors, and services, is seeking a seasoned Security Representative Staff/Contractor Program Security Officer to join the security team in Orlando, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage security requirements for a large and fast-moving Special Access Program (SAP).
- Oversee all aspects of security, including personnel, physical, technical, policy guidance research, and classification management, utilizing the requirements set forth in 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD Volumes 1-4, DoDM, ICD 705, DoDM, and OPSEC and related SOPs IAW with program DD 254(s).
- Develop and obtain approvals for multiple plans in support of new test environments and facilities/labs being constructed on site.
- Conduct high-level program leadership briefings, presentations, complete Program Access Requests (PAR), classified meeting support, program management support, and security education.
- Apply business-minded and risk-managed solutions to security issues and business challenges and communicate observations and recommendations to leadership and enterprise business partners.
Requirements:
- SAP experience.
- SCI experience.
- Change management experience and process-discipline skillsets.
- Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD Volumes 1-4, and ICD 705.
- Top Secret clearance with an investigation within 5 years.
Desired Skills:
- Lead and implement change in a collaborative and inclusive manner, have strong interpersonal skills, and a positive can-do attitude.
- Interface with Executive Leadership in support of ongoing operations.
- Work collaboratively with other entities and manage projects and subordinate assignments simultaneously within very time-sensitive environments.
- Experience with the Joint Air to Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM) program.
- Strong SCI background - physical and personnel security requirements.
- Motivate, inspire, and grow Security Team Members.
- Build and maintain effective relationships both within and corporation and externally with government customers and suppliers.
- Be self-driven and results-oriented, capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently.
- Familiar with DAF Acquisition programs.
- Experience using CV2, DISS, and JADE.
- The ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive, and risk-managed security recommendations, based on limited and or conflicting information, is also essential, as is the ability to thrive and build relationships both within the corporation and externally with our government customers and industry partners.
- Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills.
