Lockheed Martin is a leading provider of exceptional weapon systems, sensors, and services. We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Analyst / Information System Security Officer to join our security team in Orlando, FL.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented individual to perform classified cybersecurity duties supporting multiple programs. The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and be able to develop and implement System Security Plans (SSPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and information security policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement SSPs, SOPs, and information security policies to ensure compliance with RMF guidelines.
  • Act as a liaison with government agency representatives, including the Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA) and other external/internal customers.
  • Ensure the development and implementation of an effective information system security education, training, and awareness program (SETA).
  • Oversee the compliance of security settings for operating systems, including Windows, Unix/Linux, etc.
  • Ensure proper measures are taken when an information system incident or vulnerability is discovered.
  • Manage and execute the information security continuous monitoring program.
  • Ensure configuration management policies and procedures for authorizing the use of hardware/software on an information system are followed.
  • Maintain required information security certifications, such as Sec+, CISSP, etc.

Requirements

  • Ability to author SSPs and maintain authorizations to operate (ATO).
  • Ability to perform technical certifications for systems being presented to the government for authorization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively interface with numerous cognizant security agencies, customers, and senior management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, demanding environment.
  • Knowledge of other security disciplines and how they impact and interact with information system security.
  • Sec+ or equivalent DoD Directive 8570/8140 Information Assurance Management Level II or III certification, or ability to attain within six months of hire date.

Desired Skills

  • Experience with NISPOM, RMF, DAAPM, and JSIG certification and accreditation processes.
  • Experience working with classified information systems.
  • Previous experience working in an SAP/SCI/Collateral environment.
  • Prior experience as ISSO or DoD equivalent at an organization of similar size and complexity.
  • Understanding of network concepts and Type 1 encryption devices, such as TACLANE.
  • Understanding of networking concepts and cybersecurity-related tools, including DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) and Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP), and vulnerability scanners.
  • Knowledge of government/contractor network interconnectivity arrangements.
  • Ability to speak in front of large groups of people.
